To start playing Granny Pills: Defend Cactuses, navigate through the levels using the arrow keys to move Granny around. Collect human pills from the ground to boost your defenses, and use the mouse to aim and fire your shotgun when aliens approach. Protect the cactuses at all cost, and watch for various alien types that may require different strategies to defeat!
